Unable to print any pdf files from Adobe Reader. This issue didn't start happening under after updating to Reader DC.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled Reader DC and have tried 2 previous versions. None have worked.

Reset the IE browser, disabled Win Firewalls. Printed successfully using any other program besides Adobe Reader.

I was able to print successfully when assigning google Chrome as the default pdf reader.

When launching Adobe reader, receiving message that were was a problem with the application: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application

Microsoft forums are suggesting it's an issue with the CA Security suite and the Shell32.dll
This machine is not running that AV. There are other Win 10 PCs in the network running the same version of Reader DC with no problems.

    Hey Meenakshi,

I ran the repair on Microsoft visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64&x86) and that did not resolve the issue.

Then I uninstalled both the x64 and x86 - rebooted the PC and still received the error message when launching Adobe Reader DC.

Any other suggestions we could try? Thanks for your help.
