All of this has been done.  Still the same.  I can print the Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader pages! I can print other info from my computer.  I can NOT print PDF pages.  Cannot print to Epson XP-820/XP-860 Series Windows 7 any pdf files.  shows progress and printing and shows up in printer queue then disappears and does not print. as if i did not request it to print at all, and asked to save or cancel.

It appears that is I want to print my PDF files I will be forced to by a yearly subscription.  As that is what the help choices are automatically.

    Hello sharonh56655507

As you mentioned that you have tried all the suggestions mentioned above, please install the trial of Acrobat Pro DC and see if this brings any difference.

You can also enable or create a new test user profile with full admin rights and try printing from Adobe Reader DC. Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
