I am unable to save a PDF document to my hard disc, after I have opened and read it. ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC was recently installed again

    Are you opening it in Reader or are you opening it in a web browser. What steps are you taking to save it? What exactly happens when you try? What exact version of Reader DC do you have?
