unable to "save as".

When attempting to save pdf document and clicking on "save as", the save as window pops up, but no document files are listed in which to save the document.  Is that a Windows issue or a Adobe Reader Issue?

    Hi Johng,

    As per the above-mentioned description, when trying to save the pdf file using File > Save as option, you are getting the pop-up to save, but not the location to choose from, is that correct?

    Could you please check the following link and see if the issue mentioned is similar to yours?

    "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.
