Unable to see certificates on Adobe Reader on Chromebook

Hi,

The Dutch government has a new system in which the legality of certificates can be checked with Adobe Reader, as the blue bar (shown in the picture) should appear in an official legal document. For our organization, we need to check the legality of diploma's. However, we work on Chromebooks and this blue bar does not appear on the desktop version nor the chrome extension. Anyone that knows how I can make this bar appear or how I can check the legality of the documents in a different manner?
