Unable to see comments in PDF using Reader.

Bonjour,

j’ai l’habitude de prendre des notes sur mes documents pdf via l’ajout de commentaires textes. Depuis quelques jours, lorsque j’écris un commentaire celui ci n’apparait pas sur mon document. Je m’explique: tant que mon curseur est sur la phrase c’est bon, la commentaire apparait, mais dès que j’enlève le curseur où que je change de page, plus de commentaire. Ce n’est pas a cause du fichier car cela le fait avec plusieurs autres. Et sur les documents que j´ai déjà modifié et enregistré, les vieux commentaires apparessent normalement, mais impossible d’en ajouter de nouveaux....

J’espère que quelqu’un pourra m’aider c’est vraiment problématique pour moi...

    As per the description above, you are not able to see the comments in the PDF using the Adobe Reader, is that correct?

    Please refer and try the steps from the following KB docs which discusses the similar issues Can't open comments

    How do I view comments in Acrobat

    You may also refer to View, reply, print comments in Adobe Acrobat

    Please check for any pending updates from Help menu>Check for updates. You may also try to repair the installation files of Reader from Help menu>Repair installation file(For Windows only).
