Unable to see two page view in fullscreen

i have tried everything available online even in official forums but nothing's working. Please help me out.  i am using the latest version of adobe reader dc and i am unable to view two pages at once on my laptop, earlier it was working fine. But not anymore

    Hi Amits,

    Have you tried using different files? Is this happening with all the files?

    Launch Reader>Help>Repair installation, restart your machine and try again. If the issue is reproducible, try uninstalling Reader using Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reinstall the app and try again.

    Let us know if that helps any.
