Error in sending message

    Hi Anthonyh, 

    We apologize for the delay in response.

    When exactly do you get the error sending messages via email? I assume you are referring "Share" feature of Adobe Reader desktop application, which isn't letting you send the file via Email?

    Make sure you have the latest patch of Adobe Reader installed. Open Reader>Help>Check for Update.

    If that doesn't work, then you may try the other solutions suggested here: Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC
