unable to send PDF as email attachment on Win 10 and Acrobat Reader DC

When attempting to send a document as an e-mail attatchment using the "Share" button and a webmail account I get an "Error while creating message".

I have checked and rechecked my webmail account settings and they are correct.

I am using Windows 10 and Acrobat Reader DC and have the latest version installed.

Hi there,

 

We are sorry for the issue. As described above, while sending the PDF as email attachment you are getting the error 'Error while creating message'

 

We need some more information for a better understanding:

 

 

Try to add the webmail account to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and make it as default application. If its already marked as default try removing it and then adding it again and making it as the default app.

Thanks for your reply Amal,

I did verify that I have the latest version 19.21.20056 installed.

My webmail was set as default, I deleted it and added again as default.

Still getting the same error
