Unable to send to email. Nothing happens

When opening PDF in acrobat pro from Outlook and inserting stamp nothing happens when i click send as attatchment to Outlook. This is an issue on several computers at our office. All running latest windows, Office 365 and Adobe. What to do?

Already tried running the reg fix but didnt work. As far as i can read around the internet, alot of other users seem to have this issue as well. Is there a fix coming soon? We are paying for this program that doesent work.

Could you please provide the following info:

1. If the issue is still reproducible at your end?

2. Outlook Bit version(32/64)? To check this info: Launch Outlook and navigate to File>Office Account>About Outlook

As shared, attach to email option doesn't bring any further screen.

  • So, you may try changing the Outlook settings, as suggested here:
