Unable to sign in adobe reader

Hello

I have been able to sign in adobe reader until my last attempt.

The option comes up to sign however when I click on the pen it doesn't give me the option to sign nor provide the signature that I already had in the system.

I did recently do a clear out of space so may have deleted a file

I also upgraded to Mojave so not sure if that might have effected it

Really need the sign function!

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Looking at the description given above, it seems you have got all the other features functioning correctly except the Sign? Have you started experiencing this issue immediately after updating OS?

let us know if you still haven't got the Sign feature back.

I am having as similar issue, apart from re-install, I have followed all instructions above and issue is still happening in Adobe Reader 19.12.20034.328841 (after update and reboot) on Windows 7 (Windows 6.1 build 7601 SP1).

All seems to work well I can see the certificate feature, open it, select certificate, continue, but clicking on the Sign blue button has no effect... no error, not crash, just don't do anything... it is like clicking on grey button...

I am sorry for the trouble you had, would it be possible to post a screenshot of the windows you get on which the blue Sign button has no effect? To post a screenshot, please take help from the article How to share screenshot

Are you experiencing this with all the PDF files or is it with one specific PDF file?
