Unable to sign into account with newly changed password

Tried numerous times into sign into account. Able to change password successfully and each time the recent password does get me into the downloaded Acrobat reader software. I believe the numerous attempts have locked me from signing in. Have also tried to sign in with another account with no avail. Unable to call Abobe with problem. Badly need the software. Help.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to sign in to. Can you tell us? Neither the use nor the downloading of Reader require you to sign into anything.

After I download the reader, a dialog box wants me to sign in. If I am doing something wrong to get the reader, please walk me to the right way to get the reader. Thanks.

When are you getting this dialog box and what does it say? Is this while you are trying to install Reader after the download? If so, you need to use your computers admin user name and password to install.
