Using existing email address with account unable to sign into acrobat reader DC with message "

You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error." Adobe Customer Support unable to help.

    Hi there

     

    We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you are not able to sign in to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and getting the error 'You no longer have access to this service'

     

    Checking the details with the email you are using on this community we see that your email is registered with us, so you would be able to login to the application.

     

    Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message you are getting, for better understanding? make sure you are using the same email (Adobe ID) used to register with Adobe.

     

    Try using a different web browser. If cookies are disabled, enable cookies, and clear your browser’s cookies and cache.

     

    Also try to sign in to www.adobe.com and see if you are able to sign in there.
