Question

Unable to take out print using Acrobat Reader XI as it is crashing continuously !!

I have purchased a new laptop (HP 15 15s-DU0093TU -Windows 10) a week ago. Since I have installed ACROBAT READER XI I am unable to take out prints because when I have tried to do it the whole application shuts off. Same issue I have faced with Acrobat Reader DC so please tell me a solution.

Even when I clicked on properties and preferrences,  ACROBAT READER closes automatically without my prior approval and without showing any kind of dialogue box or warning.

What should I do????

Adobe Acrobat XI is an old application and not supported on windows 10. For detailed information please refer to the help articles below:

Thank you sir for akind reply. The reason behind installing reader XI was a tragic one as ADOBE READER DC was doing the same problem that's why I switched to reader XI but then too I couldn't find an appropriate solution .

Why did you install such old software? Where did you even get it?
