Unable to update credit card information
It is disappointing that I will have to allow my subscription for converting Adobe Reader to WORD to lapse. Despite spending over an hour a month ago trying to update my credit card having had an email, the page went no further than "SAVE"! Following another email reminder today, I tried again. No progress beyond the "SAVE". Customer Services are impossible to speak to or provide an email to their accounts department. Perhaps they do not want customers!
