Unable to use Adobe Sign services.

HI, i have payed for this for the year but when I log in It tells me that I need to buy this again. Please help

    Hi Margaridas,

    As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Sign services, as it's asking you to purchase again, Is that correct?

    the record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe Sign on your Adobe ID. You can use the services through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, to download Adobe Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

    Make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader.

    You can also use the services  through your online account, sign in with your Adobe ID and password on  https://cloud.acrobat.com/
