Unable to use free trial

I just bought one month on Acrobat reader on iPhone where i got 7 days free trial. When I'm trying to do things like for example export a PDF i get up a site where it says "redemption awaits" (directly translated from norwegian, "innfrielse venter") and it is loading forever. I have tried to log in and out from the account, and I've tried to turn the phone off and on but with no success.

Acrobat Reader is FREE. There is NO Charge to use Acrobat READER.

A subscription to Acrobat DC is for a year with payments made monthly and it Automatically renews the subscription every year until you cancel.

 

I suggest you Cancel whatever you have signed up for and do some more research on exactly what you are subscribing to.

 

One other note.

Nothing in life is FREE. There is no such thing as a Free Lunch.
