Unable to use more colors in pop up menu (full display) these basic colors change the default color!

I set in edit/forms required highlight color, and common color...I set my preferences default at comment options, I edited author name and a color (with specific opacity)...and when in full screen mode there is only 15 colors, and always change my default color, if I choose one.

 

Why I cannot use more colors in page color popup menu? and why change my default colors in commenting option, if I use another color from this pop up menu (what I don't want to because, these are only few colors). The best option would be if simply there is more colors in this pop up menu. If this color menu don't have more option (only about 15 colors), the other specific color sets are useless. Without reason! In reply tell if in Pro edition this feature problem doesn't exist.
