Unable to view my e-statements from The Royal Bank of Canada via acrobat reader dc.

Hello

I am not able to view my e-statements from The Royal Bank of Canada via acrobat reader dc. When I try to open a statement it defaults to windows live mail and the ifo. is not readible.

    If they are in pdf format, download the pdf file first before opening it then use File>Open from within Reader.

    The above assumes you are trying to open a pdf file online or from your email. If you have already downloaded the file and it is opening in mail when double-clicked, you need to set your systems file associations so that it uses Reader to open the pdf. How you do that depends on what OS you are using.
