Unable to view PDF downloaded from webinar

I got a blank screen when open the files that I downloaded from a webinar. I am able to open the files and see page numbers, but no content on screen. The files are OK if printed out.

What should I do to view these files on screen?

    In Reader, go to Edit - Preferences - Page Display and tick the box that says "Show large images".
