Unable to view PDF file in adobe

I've downloaded Adobe and I'm still getting this message while trying to open this file. I opened it on my work computer just a few hours ago, but now I can't seem to open it as I try to do this from my personal. What could possibly be the issue?

this isn't a troll by the way, I really don't understand what's the matter with either the document or adobe
