under Preference in Reader there is no check box for the purview information

Does anyone have any help on this matter, i have done the registry edits, i have downloaded the new reader, i have went by their AI instructions as well as Adobe Support Instructions. i can clear remembered account info, there is no check box there for me to enable.

@Russell Waller If you go to preferences in Acrobat, Command K (MAC) or Control K (PC) - Security - Microsoft Purview Information Protection. There should be a checkbox labeled: Enable Microsoft Purview Information Protection — just check that on. Mine is off. So, if on, there should be a checkmark beside it! Click OK when done.
