how do I undo the adobe default for all documents

    Thank you -- would not have found this by any other search! I was totally stuck. New version of  "Preview" on "MacOS Big Sur" has some options similar to one on Adobe Reader.

     

    Reminder -- on a MAC right click is "OPTION" click.
