Uneven pages size

Hello,

The first page in a scanned book that I have is considerably bigger than the rest of the pages (screenshot attached). Is there a way to make it smaller without cropping it?

Not possible with Acrobat Reader.

You can scale the page with the preflight tool of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
