Unreadable PDF

When I click on a pdf, the file turns into a negative pixilated view, unable to edit on screen.  View attached.

I have just posted with the same issue.  When scrolling it corrects itself off screen but once clicked again the same issue happens.  If you have resolved this issue please let me know.
