Unrecognizable bookmarks starting with an underscore

I notice several new bookmarks each with names starting with an underscore in a pdf document which were not present in the original MS Word 2007 it was converted from. For example, _Hlt472691501, _Hlt496086416 etc.  H

ow can I get rid of them please?

    I'm glad to report that I got a response from novaPDF.

    Hi,

    I suggest to disable "Convert Word Bookmarks to PDF Bookmarks" setting in novaPDF Addin - Settings dialog, Bookmarks page:

     

     

    I've tried it and it solved the problem.

    How are you converting the Word file to PDF, exactly? Also, do you have Adobe Acrobat or just the free Reader?

    I am using NovaPDF plugin on MS Word 2007 to convert to pdf which I read with the free Adobe reader.
