Unrecognized Publishing License

I use Acrobat Reader for work with my companys credentials.

When I open Acrobat Reader I am prompted to type in my email address and after I type it in I get a pop up saying "Unrecognized Publishing License" and unable to view the PDF file.

Any advices on how to fix this?

Could you please share a screenshot of the message that you are getting.

Also please note that you can use Adobe Reader without signing into the app.
