unwanted pdf conversion to explorer

My new HP Laptop running windows 10 decided to convert all my pdf fillable forms into explorer? Anybody know how to change them back?

    Do you mean that double-clicking a pdf will open the file in Internet Explorer instead of Adobe Reader?

    If so, and you have Adobe Reader installed, you need to change your file associations so that your system uses Reader to open pdf files. If that's not it, can you give us more details as to the actual issue?

    Thanks! went into default settings and changed it. Because the laptop didn't have adobe reader 11, windows defaulted all the adobe forms to explorer when i added them from old computer to new,. That message was on the screen for a few seconds that it was changing them.
