Up grading to Adobe DC Pro problems.

The system will not allow me to upgrade my Acrobat reader account to Adobe DC Pro.

Please advise.

    Please share the application and Operating System versions you are using.

    Also, please mention the exact issue you are facing while trying to update the application to DC and confirm if you get any particular error during the process.

    Thank you, Supriya,

    The OS is Windows 7.

    I already have Acrobat Reader DC and pay the annual fee for Adobe Export.

    I have Adobe DC Pro on trial and when I attempt to buy it it is unable to combine the Reader account with Adobe DC Pro.

    It leads me through various windows and we go no where.

    Can you help?
