Update to 23.006.20360 Issues

Hello - our environment started updating acrobat dc to 23.006.20360 over the past few days and all we have got from the help desk are tickets with adobe.

 

When users go to redact or sign, adobe just locks up and has to be force killed via task manager.

I've just started rolling out Acrobat Pro onto desktops, same version 23.006.20360 and anyone redacting is also having this issue.

The application is hanging when working with any files. I've completed all help steps noted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

 

I've created a dump file. Please advise on how i can send securely for additional feedback.

WE also get this 

 

"trying to redact a document and we are getting an error message. The feature is not working for some reason"

Open Adobe Pro> Menu> Preferences> Security (Enhanced)> untick "Enable Protected Mode at start-up", unsure if it was the clean reinstall, or if it was this setting being amended before attempting to redact on the reinstalled version but my colleague is now able to redact with no issue.
