Hi,

I have recently updgraded from Acrobat Reader XI to Acrobat Reader DC (Version 2019.012.20040) and since updating when I open a PDF document from a website or pdf documents generated from company software the PDF documents automatically load in Internet Explorer.

When using Acrobat Reader XI if I opened a PDF from a website it would load in Acrobat Reader and when I went to open the pdf report from company software Internet Explorer would offer a prompt asking if I wanted to Open, Save, Cancel.

screenshots attached.

Apart from upgrading Acrobat Reader versions there has been no other changes.

I have:

- Confirmed PDF files are linked to Acrobat Reader

- Reset Internet Explorer settings

- Reset computer

- Checked Internet Preferences in Acrobat Reader for ‘Display PDF in browser’ and this isn't showing in the options.

Thanks in advance for any guidance or assistance!
