What updater is this? What is your Mac OS version? Do you get a message saying the installer is not compatible with the current system, those exact words?

My Mac is running Mojave Version 10.14.3. At this point I do not know if

the operating system incompatibility warning refers to the Adobe

Application Updater or the Adobe Licensing Helper as I did not make a

proper note. I will take a screen print next time it pops up. However,

when I get the message, the Adobe Acrobat icon bounces in the dock and

when I click on it, I am asked to log in again with my Adobe ID,even

though I am logged in to the Creative Cloud. I have received a number of

standard Apple warnings that some apps will not function when Apple

moves fully to 64 bit. I would have thought Adobe would have had this in

    hand by now.
