Question

updating AATL

Why it is not possible to update the AATL and EUTL lists?

This regards Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 instalation working in W10 environment.

As a result the program displays information about problems with certified digital signatures.

Thanks a lot for suggestions.

Kind regrads,

Slaw

Hi @Slawomir27384885qw9w,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

Do you see any errors when trying to update the AATL list? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error you see?

Also, you might want to try the steps mentioned in the help article: Adobe Approved Trust List update dialog appears in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

Let us know if this helps.

Hi Souvik,

Thank you for commenting on my post.

Answering your question. When I click the update link, I don't get any error messages, but I don't see any other messages either.

And I've tried updating the AATLs and EUTLs with and without antivirus/firewall enabled and after logging into the internet at the office and from home (using different ISPs I believe).

So what's next?

Customer support from the digital signature company ensures that everything looks correct on their end.

Thanks

Regards,

Slaw
