Updating acrobat

Hi.

I keep getting the message "Uninstallation of the patch package not supported" when I try to update Acrobat Reader

Tried Cleaner. Tried Revo uninstallaer. Tried BC uninstaller. Always the same message

Does anyone have a fix?

What's the exact version you have running, and did you install it yourself?

Hi

Cannot access the program to see version number. When I try to open it I get the same message.

I can, however, create pdf files

If it helps the version I have was created November 2, 2015

I would have installed any updates that came through and the program always worked until now
