Updating Adobe Reader 10.1.10 to 10.1.16 failed with error "1642"

i am having Windows 10 machine with Hebrew language. I am having Adobe Reader X (10.1.10) and trying to update to Adobe Reader X (10.1.16) . But the update installation got failed with error code 1642 with message "The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade." How to fix this issue?
