Upgrade auf Acrobat Pro klappt nicht

Hallo, habe vor mehren Tagen Acrobate Reader Pro zum Testen aboniert. Jedoch installieren die "Upgrade"-Funktionen nicht. Stattdessen lädt jedes Mal beim öffnen das Programm. Bitte um Hilfe...

Apologies for the trouble you had upgrading to Acrobat. Could you please share the screen shot of the dialog that you are getting while upgrade. Also share the AdobeARM.log file from the users temp folder from your machine( C:\Users\<your user name >\Appdata\Local\Temp\ )

Also, as a workaround you can download and install fully functional Acrobat from this page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
