Hallo liebe Community.

Mein Upgrade Download bleibt bei 90% stehen und es geht nie weiter. Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Sorry for the trouble with the upgrade.

 

Since the upgrade is getting stuck at 90%, we would remove all application traces from the computer and start a fresh installation using an offline installer.

 

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

Mehr Details bitte. Hier kann niemand hellsehen, um was genau es geht. Welches Programm, welches Upgrade genau, welche Betriebsystem …?

Entschuldigt, ich kenne mich da leider nicht so gut aus. Ich habe mir das Upgrade vom Adobe acrobat reader auf adobe acrobat DC gekauft um PDF Dateien zu bearbeiten. Und nun ladet das Programm dieses Upgrade herunter, nur bleibt es bei 90% stehen und geht nicht weiter.  Habe bereits des öfteren neu gestartet aber das Problem ist immer noch da. Mein betriebssystem ist Windows 10.
