Upgraded to Windows 11, Can't sign Adobe account, reported warning or error

If your organization isn’t able to turn off compatibility mode, you can create a per-product exception using the registry keys below. The example below will force Acrobat into Internet Explorer 11 mode; you can add additional keys for other Adobe products as needed.

Download the file with the registry entries below. DOWNLOAD "Get File"

Right-click and choose Save link As to download the registry settings for Adobe products.
Alternatively, you can create the following Windows registry entries for Acrobat.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet

My comments: IE 11 does not exisit, in is inbuilt in Windows 11

Unfortunately you have added unnecessary entries in the registry, but did not provided script to delete it.

Even after uploading the *.reg script as registry entries, I can't sign in Adobe account. Urgent help needed from Adobe Team

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

As we understand, you are experiencing issues in signing in to the application after updating to Windows 11.

If yes, please try removing the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) on your machine. Reboot the machine and then reinstall the application from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

Let us know if the issue persists or you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
