Uploading File to Adobe export online

Hi, I am getting an error message when trying to export from a PDF to a Excel document. However I get a message saying "Uploading file to adove export online" and then states "An error occurred while trying to access the service" I have tried doing it via the web browser and that works fine. Also reinstalled adobe but that didn't resolve the issue.

I am currently using Windows XP with adobe XI. Any suggestions?

Hi Jake,

Please ensure you are using latest Reader XI by going to Help -> Check for Updates

Hi Poorvi,

I have checked for updates and it is currently on version 11.0.08. Which is the latest one but issue still occurs.

The latest version is 11.0.18. Please restart your system and then check for updates.

The problem must be solved in the latest update.
