Hi, I have the latest version of Adobe Reader DC.  How do I upload a form from there onto a website?  Thanks so much in advance!

    I'm not sure what you mean but you wouldn't use Reader itself to upload files to a website. Maybe you can give us some more detail as to what you have now and what exactly you are trying to accomplish?
