URGENT! EXAMS SOON! Ordered the wrong PDF Converter, Does not convert to powerpoint, how do I cancel?

Hi,

I ordered the basic PDF converter that will convert the PDF to a word document but unfortunately, it's not doing what I wanted which is, simplifying the background and text to be simple. I'm trying to take my professors PDF lectures and print them for notes but they all have colourful backgrounds and large images that are impossible to remove while a PDF or a converted PDF to Word. I'm hoping that converting the PDF to a powerpoint will give me the ability to remove the backgrounds. I saw that the more expensive PDF conversion option does powerpoint as well so I'd like to try it however, i'd like to cancel my subscription to the first converter first so that I don't have to pay for two on a student budget.

I cannot for the life of me, Figure out how to upgrade or at least cancel my subscription.

I really need these notes and I cannot write them all out by hand and cannot print because it's way too much ink that you can't even see the words anymore.

PLEASE HELP!!!
