URGENT HELP-BAD FILE?
So... I was just on my phone with Adobe Support team... and they were asking to get a screen capture to link directly to my page. BUT.... we got cut off and when I log in here on the computer itself it does not offer the chat as an option for support -only the Forums?? This is urgent and I was all ready close to deadline, now I have spent the last few hours trying to sort this out. I have a fillable PDF downloaded to my computer. I had saved it with a new file name on my jump drive. Now, every time I go to save it, says it can not save bad file name. What I want to know most of all is how can I get back in touch with the Adobe Support team, who were going to access my document through the computer. I am not very tech savy and no idea how to fix this but my deadline is fast approaching.
