Use command line to enable PDF Thumbnails in Windows Explorer?

I'm looking for a command-line method to turn on the Adobe Reader option to "Enable PDF Thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer."

I already know how to do this using the Adobe Reader settings menu, but want to roll this out to users automatically, and looking for the means to silently push out this option.
