Use special character in form

I am unable to use some special characters in a fillable form using Acrobat reader. Please help.

    Hi Ismnyu,

    It depends on the property of the document on which you are working on.

    Could you confirm what type of special characters you are trying to insert but its not accepting it or is there any specific error message popping up?

    Also, Right click on document> Document Properties.
