Using Adobe Reader on createspace.com

Hello

Does anyone know of any issues with Adobe and the Createspace self publishing platform?

They require you to use Adobe to preview a pdf of a book interior once it's uploaded.

I have tried several times to do this using both MS Edge browser and Google Chrome and I get the same error message connected to Adobe being the issue.

I have checked all is correct in both browser settings for Adobe etc. and it seems to be.

Wondering if you can help at all?

Neither of those browsers use Acrobat Reader. They have their own viewers so that may be what is causing the issue. As Bernd says, try Explorer.

Neither of those browsers use Acrobat Reader. They have their own viewers so that may be what is causing the issue. As Bernd says, try Explorer.

    Try the Internet Explorer.
