Question

Using bookmarks in Acrobat Reader

I am using Acrobat Reader and the bookmarks function is not working fully.  When I open the bookmark tool and select from the 'bookmarks pane' on the left hand side, the link works.   But if I click on the bookmark link which is contained in the actual bookmarks summary page, the link does not work.

I have checked with the same file on other computers in my office and the bookmarks work fully for some users, but not others.  (The users where the bookmarks are working fully are using the same version of Acrobat Reader )

Is there a setting or preference which needs to be selected?

The PDF document has a page with a list of all the bookmarks.  Each line has the bookmark title and contains a link.  This link works for some users of Adobe Reader but not others

Check the links in Adobe Acrobat. Look at the properties of the links.
