Using convert function after paying subscription

Hi

I paid $27 for an annual subscription so that I could convert PDFs to word and xl docs.  The first time I paid the function worked. However, returning to adobe I tried to convert a PDF to word and I just got an advertisement for the subscription that I had already paid a couple of weeks back.

Any suggestions about how my adobe app can recognise that I have paid the subscription?

I seem to have found the answer. The request to log in arrived some time after the advertisement. A bit of patience required! Also noticed that the conversion needed to be made immediately because the login times out.
