Using digital certification - issue

Hi there!

I have been using a digital certificate (issued by the Spanish Authorities) for signing pdf documments. No problems for years.

I just updated the certificate. I added to adobe reader as before but I can´t use it. It doesn´t appear when I try to use it. I contacted the Spanish Authorities and they say the certificate is valid (it works perfectly online) and I need to contact Adobe.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Rafa

Good morning:

I have the same problem as the partner. Is there any solution?

Hi @Rafael26917525cw9o

We apologize for the delay in response.

Is this issue of not being able to use a digital certificate appearing to be with a specific document?

If yes, then could you please checkout with another file? Or try setting up a new certificate-based signature following this method and see if that helps.

Thanks,

Akanchha,

thanks for your answer.

The problem appears in all documents not only one file. I already followed the instructions you linked.

I imported the digital certificate ID but I can´t use it to sign. I dind´t do anything different than the first time I imported.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks again

Can you please share the screen recording of your entire workflow? Starting from adding Digital ID to the point where you receive the error?

That would be helpful for us to understand the issue better.
