Using New Adobe is Awful.

The only reason I am using it is because my Prepare Form button keeps crashing, and no that copy and paste comment from Amal is not working. For some reason, the Prepare Form works for New Adobe, which is fine, I do not mind using it. However.....

In my previous work flow, to make changes to a form, I'd click the tool Prepare Form, change any fields to Required or Read Only, and to get out of the tool by pressing Esc. No problem, simple. The new Adobe keeps on closing the Tool bar, forcing me to reopen it if I need to edit the form again or use any other tools. How can I get the toolbar pinned to stay open forever? The screnshot provided is what I would like to stay open even when pressing Esc.
