Using Tools menu

Clicking on Tools menu on the upper right corner, I am getting dropdown list which is different than I expected.

I am getting below list- Whreas I am expecting below list.

I want to use Forms Feature. Where will it be available?

Form features are available in Adobe Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.
